An exploration and journey through the remote and hidden temple complexes of the Khmer Empire of northern Cambodia, far away from the tourist crowds. Many of these remote temple ruins have only recently been cleared of leftover landmines from the brutal civil wars between 1975 and 1998. Some temples are now declared UNESCO world heritage sites.
